Strilka is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not, and will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Strilka collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Registration
You must be 18 years or older to use Strilka. Date of birth is required information and is used to calculate your age for using Strilka. Date of birth and gender are also used by the search engine. Date of birth is not displayed in your profile. Please provide accurate information. In order to use this Web site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their name and email address. We do not collect telephone numbers or mailing addresses although US residents should include their Zip Code during registration for search purposes. Real names, email addresses, and Zip codes never appear in a member's profile. All information fields must be completed. The information you provide is strictly for our own internal use only and is not sold, distributed or accessible to any other organization. Your privacy is important to us and all information is kept in strict confidence. You must register to view full profiles. Browsing is not permitted. Once a user has registered, they have the option of creating a pseudonymous profile (nickname and personal description). This information is not linked in any way to your personally identifiable information, for other members to see. Obviously, if a photograph is submitted with a profile the information may become personally identifiable information.

Order
When a user wishes to purchase a monthly credit package for using our Service, they are routed to the Strilka account page at 2CheckOut for payment. Here a user must provide contact information (name, e-mail address) and financial information (credit card number & expiration date). This information is solely used for billing purposes and to fill our customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. User’s are bound by the Privacy Statement at 2Checkout.com when they purchase a monthly package.

Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as credit card information on our secure order forms at 2CheckOut.com, 2CheckOut.com encrypts that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Strilka does not govern personal information submitted between members in Instant Messenger and the chat room. Strilka strongly recommends that you do not post any personally identifiable information to any member the chat room or in Instant Messanger sessions. Members use the chat room and Instant Messanger at their own risk.

Disclosure
Strilka reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Cookies
This Web site uses cookies to identify traffic that comes through advertising and to facilitate a more user friendly experience. Cookies help users navigate the Web site, send messages, send instant messages, participate in the chat room, read messages in their inbox, etc, and are tied to a user’s personal information. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie terminates. Every time that a user visits www.strilka.tv, they must input their Member ID and password. Strilka does not use cookies to recall or remember users after a session ends.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Profiles
Strilka members may change, hide, and or delete there profiles at anytime. General instructions are available of the FAQ Web page at http://www.strilka.tv/faq.php.

Sharing
We use an outside company to process orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We may share aggregate demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

This web site may contain links to other Web sites. Please be aware that Strilka is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Newsletter
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as e-mail address.

Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about a profile on our site, we ask them for the friend's e-mail address. Strilka will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the site. The friend must submit a profile and login the Web site before they can view the profile. Strilka does not store this information.

Choice/Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out of receiving these communications by logging into their Strilka account, clicking MY CONTROL PANEL, then AMEND REGISTRATION, and then ticking off of the Newsletter box (instructions are also available in our FAQ at http://www.strilka.tv/faq.php), or by sending email to support@strilka.tv.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via e-mail.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the member information page.

Notification of Changes
Notification of changes will be immediately posted publicly on the Strilka Privacy Policy Web page. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
